If the Buyer requires special packaging in relation to the Goods it must be accepted in writing between the Purchaser and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Purchaser's account and appropriately will be consisted of in the Purchase Cost. If the Seller stops working to consist of the expense of special packaging in the Purchase Rate the Purchaser need to pay to the Seller such costs as needed.

If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
